Child at Work

Hush  bush hush bush …hhhh relieved got in the train its Mumbai local …yipppe win half the world war  already
I don’t understand  from where the hell so many people comes …that too on Sunday ..they should rest on Sunday not travel in trains …I was damn tired and in no mood of standing ….but I believe there was even no place to stand.
I stood resting on the corner of the seat ,so that atleast my back can rest .
There I saw a cute little boy must be of 7-8 years,he  was wheatish fair and very cute ,some magic in eyes and smile on face ,caught my eye .i thought he must be traveling with his family, then saw he was dragging something,a big blue polythene something was filled in it,he removed something, that was chap-pals and started saying “pacchas  ka ek Jodi, rubber hain mast hain ‘.tears came in my eyes when realized a kid whose age is to play with rubber balls ,he is selling those rubber slippers in train.I remember how afraid I was when I was of his age to even travel in crowded trains, that age was full of wonders when I don’t want to walk somebody would take me in their arms, everybody at home use to pamper me a lot,Chocolates  take it ,Dolls okay take it ,Gems have some ,In trains I would always get somebody's lap to sit.
Work I was not even knowing whats  the word "work" when I was this child age ,this age is so tender and so very beautiful, and is definitely not for work !!
Later it was time for him to get down from train,he took his big bag must be bigger than his own size.
I smiled him and believe me he returned a beautiful angelic smile back at me,as if he is happiest person that’s what the child is .I asked him whats your name ?..i cant believe he answered me so politely .”Raju “ again with a smile
I asked him where do you stay ?do you go to school?,Raju answered ,” I stay at kurla and afternoon I go to school and then I do my work till night .Do any of us even did any work in this age even at our homes ? .Didi my station is coming,he waved his hand and after getting from the train returned  that smile again!!!

Crazy Adventures of my childhood days

We say there is every phase in life which are unforgettable ,so live it to your fullest .These phases starts right from your School days,College days,Office days ,Dating days, Wedding days, After wedding days and many more important phases which are equally important .You cannot say a single phase which are not so important phase if you say that then you did not live your life to your fullest ,So start living now.
It is said life is vicious circle, you end from where you start ,And I started my life during my childhood days, me and my cousin khoobhi,we both lived our life to fullest, we were adventurous enough to live it as we want . So narrating those incidents with the help of self-narration story.

What a lovely morning, nobody at home, Khoobhi get up your mom and my mom went to market and they will be back at evening.
“Let’s do something crazy”
“You are crazy enough to do that, I want to watch Captain Planet"
“Common stop sitting infront of that idiot box, we gonna have fun, let’s play shikari shambu”
“Hmm and who will be the shikaris,we both"
“Remove your old School camp bag, fill in some old bed sheets, water bottle, tiffin and your old pillow”
“Grreat, are we giving to that khadi road forest “
“Yup,and if we are lucky enough no dogs will follow us”
Hopefully we will get to eat baadam from baadam tree and will also pluck some bananas ,guava from that guava tree near that mosque
Khoobhi is great person to execute the plans ,she also took some potatoes so that we would make it on fire and we actually did that
We were utterly dressed like those shikari shambus, hats on the head ,jeans and some funky t shirts ,we also had some toy binoculars to add up that.
These small forest was our common place nad belive me it was beautiful and silent ,when jungle dogs were not around ,This forest had many trees which include bananas, badaam,Guavas, drumstick .Our parents still don’t know that Khoobhi and me went there almost every time when we were left alone at home.
We were taught from our uncles that our dadas(grand fathers) and par dadas (Grnadgrand fathers) had pets like lions, panthers,Owls,Horses ,Elephants.
These stories made us thought that we are great shikaris ,although we were not !!
But the lovely feeling made our every step easier ,we would always return baack to home before our parents were at home .
We always started the road with stones in our hands or Some big wooden scale (which we used in our schools for drawing lines),as there was always a fear of jungle dogs to follow us,we named the leader of the dog as Kaali .while others were equally dangerous too.
We would make sure that we did not make any noise in that kutto ka illaka
There came Drumstick tree, lets buy that from nature for free
Almost 15-20 sticks in our bags .

We walked further ,we had never crossed that forest but there was sea which would connect many seas,we heard that there were crocodiles there .
So Khoobhi and me would stand there ,and loved to see boats (which was very rare )fishermen s would come there to catch fishes.
I wish I would sit in that and catch fish too
Yeah I always thought I would be a fisher women during exams ,there life is so much of fun and do they have to pass the entrance exam to catch fishes
Sun is burning hard,we needed a sleep, but no not in the forest
Khoobhi had searched under construction building where nobody would come, and nobody constructed that building too
We would tie our old bedsheets on the planks of the roof ,so we were safe from sun.
One bedsheet on the floor we would go to sleep with timer On,on the wrist of khoobhi .
She is great time checker too
Hey look at that ,that’s a new rare plant and new kind of flower too ,it looks like a fish
Khoobhi very innovatively plucked that flower,we removed that upper green color skin and our eyes were rounded to a see glitter coloured fish shaped flower ,we still don’t know what is it called ,but it was beautiful enough to carry in our bag, khoobhi covered it in her handkerchief .like we got a diamond
We started packing our bedsheets and pillows ,as it was time to go,have to reach home on time
Ouch,Khooobhiiiiiiiii i shouted my heart was beating so fast that it would come out from my mouth
A snake ..n no it’s a cobra look at the skin
Khoobhi………now what ..nobody even knows that we are here
SSSssh ..keep quiet don’t make noise and stand like a statue
Let it pass
Really will it pass without eating us
Idiot keep quite ……..
We were quiet and still 15 minutes there, hey is it alive or the snake is also playing statue statue ,wait
Bravely khoobhi hit the snake with her legs ….and it was not snake
It was some old belt wrapped which almost look like a terrifying snake
We laughed a lot and went our way
It was turn for guavas ,we went to the backside garden of the mosque ,there was big tree of guavas, yes the trees were big enough so that we have to climb it and the get the guava before anybody sees it .this tree had gave us enough injury but free guavas were too sweet that time .
We both climbed the tree with bags on the floor, started with bigger guavas ,one two three ,five here …
Jump fast look maulana saw us ,he will be soon behind us
My knees were injured on the concrete floor
We ran as fast as cheetah
Thanks god ,I saw him
Come lets go Home, there is 5 minutes left!!!!

Let’s check out how is the girl’s day when pimple popped onto their face
  •   We usually try to hide our pimple with hairs so new hairstyle or hair partition is the must
  • Powder or compact so that pimple cannot be seen ‘
  • Drinking lots of water even if its leads you to washroom 15 times a day
  •   Suddenly we love fruits watermelon is my favorite
  •   Hate the guy or lady who in spite of looking at my face ask “Hey you got a pimple”, feels like Are you blind or something you cannot see,…yeah I got it so what
  • Your Google history shows how many times you have searched for Tips for curing pimples
  • Oil food becomes big no for you
  • Your mood of weekend outing suddenly drops off
  • I love camera ,but not now pleaseeeee
  • Daily night and morning prayer to Allah
  •   It’s the biggest tension in your life don’t bother about anything else

Taboon Shawarma

Shawarma (Arabic: شاورما‎) is a Levantine Arab meat preparation, where lamb or goat or  chicken or  turkey or  beef, or mixed meats are placed on a spit (commonly a vertical spit in restaurants), and may be grilled for as long as a day. Shavings are cut off the block of meat for serving, and the remainder of the block of meat is kept heated on the rotating spit. Although it can be served in shavings on a plate (generally with accompaniments), "shawarma" also refers to a pita bread sandwich or wrap made with shawarma meat. Shawarma is eaten with tabbouleh, fattoush, taboon bread, tomato, and cucumber. Toppings include tahini, hummus, pickled turnips and amba. Shawarma is a fast-food staple across the Middle East, Europe and the Caucasus. Here in India you will love the Chicken shawarma

I know many of you haven’t heard of them and some of us loved it and many of us would love them ,When Sammy (he is a chicken fan and shawarma lover too )told me if you want to munch complete meal  fast food healthy one too and handy one go have shawarma,we easily get shawarma  in Moghlai restaurents in Mumbai  restaurants like  Shalimar ,Zaika ,you can also  get it at Mohammedali road,Bhendi bazaar,Bori mulla etc.I am not a dealer of shawarma nor promoting it ,but I am saying taste it once you will love the yummy authentic mesmerizing and captivating taste of shawarma it will just awake all the taste buds of yours and they all say you wake up this is the most amazing moment you gave us shawarma,….jokes apart Shawarma is well known dish in Arabic countries ,in India some people also call it Khubus as the bread kind roll in which it is wrapped in pita bread(khubus commonly). Most interesting thing about shawarma is it is  famous in Australia and they use sauces  which include "garlic sauce" (Tzatziki), chilli sauce, hummus, tomato, and barbecue  and it also famous in bangladeshbelgium,Canada, costa rica ,Egypt,france,Germany.Israel,Libya,Lebanon.Shawarma is a very popular imported dish. There are different fast foods which propose to serve the Tunisian maqloub which is a local version of the shawarma. In that one, the Tunisians add the different species and sauces. The only difference is in the spices and techniques used, which are jealously held secret by every chef. In India Shawarma was introduced in the 1980s with non-resident Indians working in Persian Gulf countries. Sometimes Paratha, an Indian flatbread originating in northern India but now eaten everywhere, is used instead of pita. The best shawarmas I’ve had were in Abu Dhabi and were made in small pita breads which were sliced open and included tomatoes, garlic sauce, pickles, tabouli, and french fries (of all things).

Stop complaining and start living

Now this post came into my mind when I noticed one of my colleague complaining about her life, and this is not the first time, this may her 1 millionth time if tried to count right from when she was born!!She complains about her husband, her daughter, her house hold chores, her work timings, her tummy size and the list goes on! But when you actually look at her she looks at all the negative side of her life and she thinks her life is worst, but when you look at it positive, she had two house, husband with lots of sense of humor, lovely family who spends good time at weekends ,it’s a middle class family who can easily live a happy life when overlook the negative ones .I mean people are so busy in looking at the shadows that they forgot when the sunshine has gone, and then whole garden of your mind is busy looking at thorns and the roses go to sleep and they lose the fragrance of life .and it same with this lady whenever we say her anything positive about her life ,she started saying no,but, ifs and whys! And she spreads the negative thoughts all over to everybody! I was taught that negative thought is Satan, who builds house in your mind and to destroy Satan you need to purify your minds, heart and souls .You need see positive things, you have to thank Allah all the time, we are happiest as we get complete meal, we get clothes to wear, we have good job, we have supportive relatives, we have lovely friends, we have ability to smile!

Thanking you Allah for everything!!!
