1.Make sure you have clear digestive system,yes at times its the root cause
of the unclear skin.
2.Use Sun screen all the time .
3.Drinking lots of water ,juices,Fish,salads can lead you to glowing skin,it helps in flushing out the toxins from the body .
4.Use Multani mitti and rose water pack once in a week (in summer)and once in a
month (in winter).
5.Avoid Deep fried and baked food ,so that your skin look fresh and hydrated.
